What is this website and what is the Australasian Gaming Survey?

This website presents the results of the inaugural Australasian Gaming Survey, which was conducted between 22nd June to 3rd August 2020. The survey results are presented in an easy-to-understand format in three varying levels of detail, from a starter infographic to a full interactive dashboard. Survey results are also integrated with the latest market research to present a comprehensive and current snapshot of the Australian gaming industry.

Why have you conducted this survey?

Asia Gaming Brief and Forecast saw a gap in the market for operational insight relating to how venues have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey, aimed at club and pub venues in Australia and New Zealand will give a clearer picture of the impact of COVID-19 and how operators have responded.

Who was eligible to participate in the survey?

The survey was open to Australian and New Zealand pub/hotels and clubs. However, data was also gleaned from industry consultants, suppliers, and regulators - insights from this can be read in our detailed industry report.

How do I access the survey results and data?

There are four tiers of survey insights. The first being the Full Infographic. This will give you a general overview of the broad trends impacting Australasia's gaming venues. The second option is the detailed Market Report. This summarises the most important trends observed in the data and is recommended for businesses wanting an effective report to take to their next strategy meeting. The third-tier will grant you access to a Dashboard, containing all of the survey data presented in an easily managed format. The final tier will grant you access to the next series of surveys as well as multiple user access accounts and more.

I bought the Market Report, but would now like to access the Interactive Dashboard, can I have the Market Report price subtracted from the Dashboard price?

Yes, simply log into your account then navigate to Account > Upgrade and select the relevant tier. Your discount due to prior purchases will be applied at checkout.

Can I share access to the platform or reports to my colleagues in my organization?

The Full Infographic and Market Report can be shared to those within your organization. However, Dashboard access will be limited to one person per organization. You can purchase an Enterprise pass in order to have multiple access accounts to the Interactive Dashboard. Go to Pricing for more information.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on any of our survey data reports, infographics or dashboards.
